• 1 signboard with name, country of the company and the number of the stand (1 signboard by letter of path ; 0.80 x 0.30 m)

• Lighting (100W spotlights on arm)
• Electrical supply (see allocation table)
• Garment racks, shelves
• Stock-room with fridge

Equipped Stand ‘Fabric’



Equipment supplied by the organiser
• Carpet (compulsory color)
• 1,50 meter high wood partitions covered in brushed cotton.
• Self-supporting block with glass shelf and (tubular) clothing rack. h 1.50 m x L 1m x l 0.45m aluminum structure (1 block allowed for each 6 sq. meters of stand).
• Metal ceiling light (in linear meters) with 2 integrated spotlights per meter (1 meter allowance for each 6 sq. meters of stand)
• On center beam, installation on a bracket which holds translucent white lampshade.
• Forex signboard indicating name, company’s country and stand number (0,20 x 1,5 m).
• Unit including clothes racks and/or shelves (1 meter for each 6 sq. meters of stand).
• Furniture : 1 table / 4 chairs / 1 storage unit / 1 wastebasket (see allowance chart based on stand surface)

2. The Optimum
    stand

Equipment supplied by the organiser
• Carpet (4 choices of colour: white, light grey, raspberry color, mauve)
• Stand construction of 2.40 meter high made of grey melamine panels and a grey aluminium frame
•1 storage lockable storage cabinet equipped with a fridge, 2 shelves, a peg and an electrical socket
•1 personalized numerical drop per aisle
•1 signboard with name, country of the company and the number of the stand (1 signboard by letter of path ; 0.80 x 0.30 m)
• Furniture: furniture rental of 24€ per sq.m
• Neon light under the hangers frame
•1 three dimensional metal truss of 3 linear meters per module of 18 sq.m
• Two 400 watt iodure spotlights fixed on the three dimensional metal truss to light up the whole stand per module of 18 sq.m
• Electrical supply (see allocation table equipped stand, page 3) from 18 to 47 m² = 3 kw and from 48 to 99 m² = 4 kw
• 1 hanger frame and shelves (1 module for 6 sq.m)
• Booth cleaning before opening
• Flower arranging

The fitting up is organised by a stand decorator which advise you from the initial order up to the delivery of the stand.
Needs in additional electric power chargeable to the exhibitor.
